For owners who carry it alone
When a fire hits,
who do you text?
Not a coach who read about it in a book. An owner who has carried 40+ people on payroll, hired and fired senior managers, built lead machines that had to produce, and sat across the table from a $2.4 million acquisition.
Text me when it hits. If I'm awake, you get an answer.
- Text any hour
- 25+ years owning & operating
- Lead gen is the focus
- Month to month
The real problem
The problem isn't the fire. It's having nobody to call about it.
Leads dried up this month and you don't know if it's the market, the ads, or your own follow-up.
Your best manager just quit — or should have been gone months ago — and it lands on you.
Payroll is Friday, your big customer is slow-paying, and you're doing math at midnight.
You can't unload it on your spouse again, and you can't let your team see you worried.
So you sit on it. And the decision you make alone at 11pm is rarely the one you'd have made with someone who's already been through it.
Why not a business coach
Coaches teach what should work. I'll tell you what happened when I tried it.
Who you're texting
I've been in your chair. Including the days I'd rather not repeat.
- Hiring and firing at the top. Senior managers who looked great in the interview and cost me a year.
- Two companies of my own. Strategic Point Marketing since 2009, JRCMO since 2018 — both built from nothing.
- A $2.4 million acquisition. Worked it to the finish line before the other owner got cold feet and walked.
- Lead generation is the trade. Every campaign judged on one thing: did the phone ring.
Yes, I'm also a Fractional CMO, Google Ads Partner certified, a keynote speaker and a podcast host. That's the resume. The reason to text me is the mileage. See the full resume →
What we work on
Two subjects: getting leads, and running the place.
Lead generation
- Where your leads actually come from
- What each one costs you
- Why they stopped closing
- The follow-up nobody is doing
- Which vendor or agency is worth keeping
Running the business
- The employee decision you're avoiding
- Pay, bonuses, and who's really producing
- Pricing and margin
- A partner or client who's become a problem
- Whether to spend, hire, or wait
No curriculum. No homework. We work on whatever is on fire — or whatever is about to be.
How it works
Four steps. That's the whole program.
Text me when it hits
Any day. Any hour. Weekends included.
If I'm awake, you get an answer
Not a scheduling link. An answer.
Bigger than a text? We talk
I'll set a time — usually same day or next.
We keep score on leads
Monthly: what came in, what it cost, what's next.
It averages about 10 hours a month. Some months you'll barely need me. Some months everything breaks at once. Unused time rolls forward, so a quiet month isn't wasted money.
One program. One price.
Owner Support
- Text and voice access any day, any hour — answered whenever I'm awake
- Calls set same day or next when a text won't cover it
- About 10 hours a month on average, unused time rolls forward
- A second set of eyes on any decision: a hire, a vendor, a price, an ad, a contract
- A monthly look at your lead flow and what it's costing you
- Month to month. Cancel when you want.
Limited seats. The promise only works if the number stays small.
Straight answers
Before you reach out
Do you really answer at night and on weekends?
Yes — when I'm awake. I'm not going to promise a 3am reply and lie to you. Most texts get answered fast, and if it needs a call, I'll set one.
What if I don't use my time one month?
It rolls forward. Fires don't spread evenly across the calendar.
Are you a business coach?
No. I'm an owner who has carried payroll, fired senior people, built lead machines and lost money learning. I'll tell you what actually happened to me, not what a program says should happen.
Is this only about marketing?
No. Lead generation is where I'm strongest, and most owner problems eventually touch it. But we'll talk about people, money, vendors and whatever decision is keeping you up.
Do you take over my marketing?
Not in this program. This is you and me, thinking it through. If you ever want the work done for you, that's a separate conversation.
How big does my company need to be?
If you sign the checks and the decisions land on you, you're the right fit.
Is what I tell you private?
Completely.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Month to month.
