The Challenge

Bear Iron Works manufactures quality construction attachments — rock screens, bedding boxes, washout tubs — built for serious operators who depend on durability. The product spoke for itself. The digital presence did not.

When the engagement began, Bear Iron Works had no SEO foundation, inconsistent Google Ads with no attribution, no CRM, and no ability to track where sales were coming from. Online sales were effectively zero. Revenue relied almost entirely on word-of-mouth — a model with a hard ceiling and no visibility.

The opportunity was clear: a strong product with real market demand, held back only by the absence of a coherent growth strategy.

Bear Iron Works went from zero digital infrastructure to a fully tracked, multi-channel growth engine in under 12 months. The brand migrated from bearironworks.net to beariron.com — a shorter, more memorable domain built for national scale. Domain authority climbed from 10 to 18 in under six months following the switch. Referring domains grew from 81 to nearly 200 and backlinks tripled to 650+ — both driven by the new domain’s momentum. The brand became one of the first in its category to record a validated sale via ChatGPT referral. A structured CMO transition plan was developed to hand off strategy cleanly to internal operations.

Built right. Handed off clean. Ready to scale.
