So we’re trying to cram a bunch of stuff into this week before I um, how’s it going over there?

It’s going um, I’ve noticed a recent like, want to say recent, I mean two weeks or so, little in the number of leads that are coming through the website is good.

I was looking at some of that. Um, your metrics across the board are, are up really, really strong. Year over year and quarter over quarter.

Um, the stuff that we’ve put into play From the agency standpoint has really gone up So this is year over year and really just look at this organic you’re up 25% as a whole Direct is way up as well By 116 percent, but again SEO wise you’re up really big here So that’s that’s a massive deal then You’re Somewhere gonna find it contact form submissions you’re up contact form submission number two So you have two of them so like page and then from the home page and then others So you’re up all the way your phone calls are down by 25% but everything else is up right there So all of that is better you can see your engagement is up users are up across the board So everything is is going up

And then in Search Console, this one is three months over three months, and three months over three months, you’re up, you’re up and click through percentage as well.

So this is like your average out, so 0.6 here, you’re up from 40,000 to 42,000, so over 2,300, 2,300 visitors more, with almost 100 more clicks, 94 clicks there, so that’s really big.

And then in Simrush, organic keywords are down, but the keywords that are working are staying there, you’re still up and up and up as far as growth on buildings and roofing systems.

And when I went back, and this is roofing, by the way, that’s roofing, I was going to go back to building, building and showing the same thing.

You’re 30, almost 3,000 clicks, 2,800 clicks, better, and the same holds true, but with that being better and getting the same click-through rate, you’re at 300 versus 260 in the past three months.

So metrics and details and all of that, you’re up. Everything’s going in the positive direction. So, you know, you feeling and feeling and whatever level of quote-unquote feeling you want to call it that you have from lead flow coming in, the metrics are saying that you should feel that.

The metrics are given that positive. So, so all that’s good there. You sent over a search term report on 612.

And you had marked it with kind of some top keywords. Was this purpose for SEO purposes? Is that my assumption?

Yeah, hear you know. Okay. You had sent me a list ahead. mean, like something crazy, like 700 search terms on it or something.

And I was supposed to go through and pick out our favorites that we wanted to rank for because we were going to start putting money on those and just trying to win the top five keywords that we wanted to win at.

So that’s what that list is. went through and. Parted it down to the top 20 and then I think I.

I’ve gotten it down to 10, but at any rate, I didn’t know if from the perspective of performance of some of those keywords would be more advantageous than others, so I decided to stop there and let you have a look and see if you felt like there were some words that were better than others.

So let’s do this. If y’all are good with it, then what I would say is since you have such a large escrow budget with us, let’s start at $300 a month and Tammy Lynn, let’s do an AdWords campaign that are exact match only and Tammy Frost, pick out these words that you’ve already looked at and give us 20, 30 keywords that are exact match that you think if someone puts that in, they’re going to want to buy.

So I don’t know that I want to do self-storage for sale in Texas because You want to build not sell right right but many storage costs to build could be one I Don’t know that we’re owning storage units would it be one but building storage units or Companies that build storage units Let’s find some let’s find 20 to 30 phrases That you think that if someone typed in that term You would think to yourself.

They’re gonna be a legit buyer.

But it needs to be something that your avatar of a individual buying storage builder that might be one You know Here’s one average cost to build storage units we might try it, you know, that’s numbers on line 70 You

Companies that build storage units on line 150, that’s a good one. How to start, I mean, you might do how to start a storage business.

I don’t know, that may be a little bit of a question because I think we’re going to get a pretty good bounce rate.

Yeah, so that one would kind of concern me. And anything that says cheap, I don’t want to do.

But things like that, right? And you don’t need to put a city on it, but just the terms. And if you come up with, even if you only come up with 10 to begin with, let’s just build out that campaign of exact match and run that for, you know, 30 days and then review it, you know, beginning of August.
