Gen
This meeting is being recorded. Good morning.
Josh Ramsey
Good morning, Jen.
Gen
Are you? Good. How were you? How was your trip?
Josh Ramsey
Uh, which one?
Gen
And then again.
Josh Ramsey
And then again.
Gen
One.
Josh Ramsey
Yeah, the kids had a good time. We stayed about the right time. There were some things that we weren’t super great with or what I mean, might call it like we were sold on a room that was supposed to be separate rooms, but there was only like a little cardboard door that like the French doors that closed and it was like cardboard stone.
Josh Ramsey
Yeah, frustrating because like at night, we couldn’t stay up. We couldn’t have conversations. We couldn’t do anything because we had three little kids on the other side of the little cardboard door, you know?
Gen
Yeah, yep.
Josh Ramsey
That was that was a bit annoying. But, but other than that, I mean, it was nice, there were good and bad, there’s certain things that we would go back and do and things that we know we wouldn’t do again.
Gen
Yeah.
Josh Ramsey
But it was nice, we had a good time overall.
Gen
That’s good.
Josh Ramsey
I’m glad. That’ll be good.
Gen
Good. You know. Trying to go along, my son comes home next week.
Josh Ramsey
I’m super excited. All right.
Gen
He’s been gone. My son’s been in Taiwan all summer studying.
Josh Ramsey
Oh, wow.
Gen
Yeah. Our youngest. He’s a, he’s on a Army National RODC scholarship and he, there was a, it’s a program called Project Global Officers through the Department of Defense that sponsored that and his language is Chinese that he’s studying.
So, he was selected, because he had to apply, he was selected to go.
Tami
He’s been in Taiwan studying all summer. That’s awesome. My kids have been playing video games. No, not really. One of them has the other one not so much, but that’s what a great experience for him.
Gen
Yeah, so he comes on next Saturday.
Tami
So of course I’m super excited. I bet.
Gen
Because he came home from school and then he went to the Dominican with Mark for a week. then he went something like I barely seen him, you know, even when he got out of school yet a month before he left after a few weeks, but I didn’t even see him in that timeframe.
He was dizzying.
Tami
So yeah.
Gen
That’s it. We had to put our cat down last week, which was really hard and say I had an awful lot.
Gen
No, but he was 19. Wow. Yeah. I mean, it was just we knew he was not well, but it just all happened like within hours.
Gen
So quick, which is probably better.
Tami
That is not easy. had to have our doberman put down similarly, like, you know, it’s coming.
Gen
Then it happened, like you said, within hours, the decision was made.
Tami
Yeah. It was not good.
Gen
No. No, it my son, my oldest son. He got it with his birthday money when he was in the first grade.
Gen
So, yeah, he’s been with us. He was a connection to a lot of life and a lot of memory.
Tami
yeah, sorry.
Gen
But that’s nothing else too exciting. Mark’s been busy.
Tami
Well, that’s good.
Gen
Yeah. mean, he’s busy. I mean, mold stuff, yes. And actually, we have a two clients that we refer to the attorney because they bought property that was invested with mold.
Gen
And it wasn’t caught, it wasn’t disclosed. It wasn’t caught by the inspector and, yeah, it was clear coverups. So, which is interesting.
Tami
Wow.
Gen
So, I think one of them I put pictures in that file on.
Tami
So, is that ever happened to you guys before?
Gen
Oh, yeah, it has. It’s just as interesting that it’s two right now.
Tami
Yeah, that’s what I’m saying, yeah.
Gen
Oh, yeah. I mean, and people don’t know how to get a multi. I mean, have the inspector missed one of them, because literally they have like, I mean, Mark walked in, you could see it.
Gen
Like there were plywood covering areas of the cabinets where there was mold and stuff behind, like just weird stuff that, you know, the elderly, they’re elderly.
Tami
They didn’t know.
Gen
And they were coming from out of state. And they literally, I mean, it was, it’s so bad. They had a throw out their contents.
Gen
They bought it furnished and contents had to be. Oh, wow. Yeah.
Tami
Well, somebody’s gonna get paid.
Gen
Yeah. Something.
Tami
Hopefully me. Yeah.
Josh Ramsey
Thank you.
Gen
No, so he’s busy with most of the world. We’re doing a lot of personal development, real state-wise out in a slow community called Hastings, which is an old potato community that
Gen
That is up and coming in St. John’s County it’s and so we’ve slowly been acquiring lands and properties there and now we’re building out there.
Gen
So nice. you guys really do have a lot going on. What’s that Josh?
Josh Ramsey
I said you’ve got your hands full then.
Gen
Yes but well Mark does. Not me so much Mark does. I gotta keep him busy.
Josh Ramsey
What do you do then? Just chill out.
Gen
Yeah. I eat bonbons, get my nails done. I keep it together for him.
Tami
Are you talking about?
Gen
That’s right.
Tami
I forgot domestic support.
Gen
I launched his underwear.
Tami
What more could he ask for? Somebody’s gonna do it right.
Gen
And he’s very pleased with that. I don’t even cook him dinner. Here’s a can of progress though, have a good day.
Tami
Yeah. That’s got a little harder.
Gen
Not often now. Mm-hmm. No, we don’t got to cook dinner a lot. Well, grill occasionally. The mood hits me off cook, but now a lot of times we’ll just have soup and a salad.
Tami
You know, I don’t cook much anymore, that’s Josh’s fault.
Gen
Yeah. He’s working it too hard.
Tami
By the time I get out of this office, I’m like, I just can’t figure it out. Yeah.
Josh Ramsey
Really? No.
Tami
On.
Josh Ramsey
Tim, let me read you what she just sent me this morning. Also, I apologize in advance, but my schedule for the rest of the week will be annoyingly erotic.
I’m in addition to random appointments to the kids. Blah, blah, blah. I didn’t talk as much.
Tami
No, I said my hours are going to be all over the place, waiting like I’m going be working earlier or later.
Gen
It’s just inconvenient all around. And the work done, how she gets it done, John’s really doesn’t matter as long as she gets done.
Josh Ramsey
Don’t wait, don’t wait, don’t wait, wait. Oh, you, uh-uh, no.
Gen
How’s your, how’s your, how’s your sick feeling?
Josh Ramsey
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. What jobs does someone get paid to stay at home, work whatever hours they want, and never ask if it’s okay.
Josh Ramsey
Just be like, hey, by the way, see you later.
Gen
So you wanted to ask permission?
Josh Ramsey
No, I don’t want to tell you anything, but I’m sorry.
Gen
I’ll tell you what job the job my daughter works. It is the most chaotic place where she works. can’t to quit.
Gen
It’s the most questionable place. Uh-oh, it’s, it’s chaotic. It’s, um, they’ll let her work from home. They don’t, whatever, take days off, sure.
Gen
As long as she gets her work done, they’re good.
Tami
She wants to quit.
Gen
Oh, yeah, she’ll be. She’s gone. She’s going back to school for her masters. She’s moving to me. but she’ll, yeah, it’s not, it’s not a long term job.
Gen
No, no, it’s a, it’s a third party insurance. I don’t even know what they are, but they try to run like like basically she’s customer service for an insurance company.
Gen
So if you have a question on approval or anything that she answers the phone and then they’ll try it.
Gen
Can I speak to your supervisor? She’s like, uh, yeah, that’s me. or they’ll call back and say, oh, it’s you again.
Gen
Yes, me again. Like, it’s, it’s very bizarre. But the guy, anyway, we’ve known her for a long time and yeah, it’s questionable.
Tami
He’s already been investigated by the FBI. Oh, wow.
Gen
Yeah, that doesn’t a little sketch. Yeah.
Tami
And I just got your, um, the verification. Is that all they need?
Gen
Is that? It’s very unclear. I don’t have an SCC planning.
Tami
I don’t have anything stamped from the IRS. Well, what I’m going to do is I’m going turn this over to the manager of this of your ads.
Gen
He’s out sick today, so I’m going to go ahead and send this to him and he’ll let us know if that’s not enough.
Gen
Yeah, yeah, because I mean, I have to pay to run a credit report for the business. It looks like I was trying to figure that out.
Tami
I feel like this is very intrusive.
Gen
Josh, where I felt.
Tami
I mean, so now Google has your license.
Gen
know, I just look, it’s very intrusive.
Tami
So this is in order to upload logos in AdWords. You have to be a verified business, which requires a submission of too many sensitive documents.
Gen
I mean, obviously, there’s a company and you have company documents. That’s more public, but you also to send the owner’s driver’s license or passport.
Gen
Or it just seems, I don’t know. Go very good.
Gen
And why?
Josh Ramsey
There’s, yeah, there’s reasons why. The short explanation of it is I’ve been working with a jewelry store company. And there’s two different roads I could explain it, but I’ll back out of that longer story.
Josh Ramsey
The shorter story is with all the scams, theft, pop-ups, everything else, people are running adwords, they are claiming to be something that they are not.
Josh Ramsey
So they’re selling something, and then it never shows up. Or they’re advertising something and collecting data, and they’re selling it on the dark web.
Josh Ramsey
So there’s just stuff that is going on that is just not good. And therefore, what happens is everyone pays for it, because, know, because, you know,
Josh Ramsey
I can see company information, but needing my personal information, that’s where I’m like, hmm, you know, can see just your just your driving places, yeah, or Facebook does that now.
Josh Ramsey
Well, last I saw recently to do a business Facebook and open a Facebook account for sure for a business that happened like three years ago, can you remember Brad?
Tami
Yes.
Josh Ramsey
Out of California, he got, he had four obvious reasons. He had his Facebook shutdown. He was the very political right wing nut and, and he, he, I mean, I’m telling you, he was, he’s the furthest to the right that I’ve ever met.
Josh Ramsey
He was that, that far and, but he would post some inflammatory stuff and he would get reported and he’d get shut down.
Josh Ramsey
So, we had to rebuild new ones and I told him, you go open your personal, say, whatever you want.
Josh Ramsey
You want me to work on this, you stop saying this stuff on your business one. Right.
Gen
He was saying it out his business account?
Josh Ramsey
Yeah, both. Yeah, that’s not bad. Tammy, is that why the local ads are not running? Or is there another reason why local ads are not running for math?
Tami
So we just got the zip codes last week from Jen. So we had ads or the graphics already created.
Tami
So Ash has set up the campaign we just need and is ready to go. We just need a budget, a good budget amount.
Josh Ramsey
Okay. Okay. There’s what exactly do we want to talk about an ad or because I have several things but what
Josh Ramsey
But is there anything specific to me or Jen?
Tami
Oh, for me, it was just, you know, let’s review the performance over the last three days, set a budget or map ad so we can get that turned on.
Tami
Um, you know, like I said, the verification process we’re working on that. So really, I’d be curious to know, Jen, you know, how’s business?
Gen
I acquired this month and it was last month, but it’s summer. mean, you know, the one thing I noticed on the report, Tammy, is that, um, hold on, let me pull it at the overview, Gen.
Gen
No, the confirm that. Oh. Well, that’s my computer. Contact form submission numbers are not right that you’re showing on there.
Gen
So I don’t know if that matters or not in anything.
Tami
What are you? I’m sorry.
Gen
What report are you looking at? The one you sent me the SEO.
Tami
SEO overview for June.
Gen
Yep, the contact form. Hold on. The contact form because May. There was a lot more and June we’ve got, I think.
Gen
Let’s see one Friday, July 1 to and June. and you show three and then one, two, four, six, seven, eight, eight in May.
Josh Ramsey
This is what you have?
Gen
That’s what I have on my phone that those are messages that we received that came through the contact form.
Gen
Someone filled out the mold inspection and mold testing. So, what you show on the report, and I don’t know if it makes a difference or not, you know, in the numbers or anything, May was a lot higher and June was less one.
Tami
And Josh, are you in San Rocia now?
Josh Ramsey
Yeah.
Tami
I’m trying to pull that report up from a sent email and wondering if you want to see it?
Gen
June 50th and to Timmy that helps you. I’m July 5th.
Tami
Apologize. 5th.
Gen
Yeah.
Tami
It’s, it gets to buried in these threads and animals and outlooks. So you have to go back to the original email, that’s right.
Tami
It’s so aggravating. So I could pull it up and some rush from the projects.
Josh Ramsey
Well, I can get out of it after I talk about it.
Tami
Okay.
Gen
Jen, I want to make a note to sort of. It was just something I thought I was like, oh, yeah, because that’s.
Tami
I don’t think we should go again.
Gen
June, I’ve only had, I only had two that came through. You show three, but may we have one, two, four, five, six, seven, eight.
Gen
And then, and you show four, four.
Tami
Okay, let me, let me try to begin to where the discrepancy is.
Gen
Yep. of it in spam. that could be why it’s not registering the spam ones.
Tami
I don’t know.
Gen
Yeah, I’d have to get a list of all the forms that were submitted from the back end.
Tami
And just let’s let’s do a side-by-side comparison.
Gen
So I’ll get that information over to you. Well, again, I don’t know if it I it was just more of a I don’t know if that matters on your recording or not.
Tami
Well, I’m glad that your number is higher than ours.
Gen
Meduna was only two, right, but May was a lot higher. Yeah, but there’s but there’s spam in there, so I don’t know.
Tami
Yeah.
Gen
It’s been it’s definitely quieter, but you know the holiday and all that. think I think we’ve had four appointments this month so far, which I guess isn’t bad, but definitely quieter than the month before.
Josh Ramsey
Two at eight last month, right?
Gen
Yeah, we’re only halfway through and we had a holiday week So to me you’re on track and it was funny because I said to mark even July 4th is usually slow for us Like that’s usually really quiet first, and that’s what actually it was that’s what we had stuff Which was interesting.
Gen
Yeah, that’s what I’m saying.
Josh Ramsey
It seems slow, it’s it’s only halfway through the month Um All right, well, I’m gonna share screen and dive through some of this Because I’ve got another meeting This one So the first look here is your Simrush view All time.
Josh Ramsey
Just hadn’t looked at this in a while. thought hey would take a look and that’s pretty awesome So I think we started working together in 19 or 18 So it was around
Josh Ramsey
At that time, you can see we’ve grown, we’ve had some little things happen, but on our key words overall, when you look at page one, you can see the continued growth.
Josh Ramsey
The weird part that I’m not sure about is kind of these drops, the January and then here in July, that doesn’t always tell you things, but as one of these key words and impressions are still going up, then that’s good.
Josh Ramsey
One other interesting thing is that I don’t know what we might have changed, but branded key word, it’s not a big deal, but what it means is basically if you have a branded key word meaning your name, so people are looking for you if you’re running name recognition, so to have it last year, and then it goes to drive, it’s not a bad thing, but it is just kind of random that it died off.
Josh Ramsey
This is really good, 285 words in informational. Tammy, if you’re writing more content, I would focus on transactional words.
Josh Ramsey
You’re not ranking for many. And this is going to translate over here in just a second to what I’m going to show you inside ads.
Josh Ramsey
So in your ads campaign, what you have here is, you know, conversion, how many conversions from January to July.
Josh Ramsey
But the reason I show you this is the search impression has gone up. So when, you know, if you recall, search impressions shared, basically, how often you show up, how likely you are to show up your ads in the market, in the spend.
Josh Ramsey
So, you know, we could July one and then we could July, you know, it continued to go up. So that’s what we’re, that’s one of the metrics that we’re looking for, but bad to have a.
Josh Ramsey
A 25% search impression share, but we’re increasing it gradually. So that’s a good, you know, clicks are kind of go down, but if we change the line of the ad, sometimes the clicks aren’t going to come through.
Josh Ramsey
The cost of conversions here in May were actually a lot higher, and it looks like we made some to get it down.
Josh Ramsey
But, you know, are cost of conversions, and if you’re getting conversions, so you can see the conversions went down.
Josh Ramsey
So let’s at May. So we kind of zoom in on it. Again, search impression share has gone up, clicks have kind of gone down.
Josh Ramsey
Jamie or Jen, did we reduce the budget here in mid-end of June?
Tami
Let me check.
Gen
I don’t think so.
Tami
We did pause a campaign.
Gen
Yeah, that’s the environment.
Tami
Yes, and so we were going to reallocate that to map ads, but since we haven’t started the map ads, that could be it.
Josh Ramsey
It’s weird that we only get 56 cents and then zero dollars on July 10th and then up here. So I don’t know if this is much of a anomaly, but you might just save a pin in this of going back and looking at same metrics of our conversions and our costs seem to be kind of going up.
Josh Ramsey
So our clicks have gone down. So I’d rather wait until August to evaluate, but with clicks going down and our costs going up, you might have ash pull or report briefly to just say,
Josh Ramsey
Changes. I don’t want to spend the time going through it right now, but what changes did he make somewhere around the end of June?
Tami
You’ve given us a pretty big list of things to change or like to focus on, to tweak slightly, so he worked on that.
Josh Ramsey
I can give you a list later and look at it. We probably, I want to probably look at that list and go back and change some of it because you know the pay nine eight dollars for a click, tell them this, find out what click we paid for that cost us nine eight dollars on Friday, July 12th.
Tami
Okay, Friday, July 12th.
Josh Ramsey
Well, I’ll highlight this part of the fandom as well, but Ash, we want to know what click, what was the keyword, exact keyword on July 12th.
Josh Ramsey
Also, the that keyword on the 14th of July, and on the 50th of July, because whatever keyword that is, it could be that we are overpaying for that keyword, which takes me to keywords.
Josh Ramsey
So, when we look at the actual keyword, we are spending the crap time on one specific word, and I don’t know if this is a new word.
Josh Ramsey
Here’s another footnote that I’ll highlight on bottom.
Tami
These final URLs, I thought that I had asked to have these updated, but they should be added.
Josh Ramsey
No, look right here. are easier terms. There’s one, not here, not here. The other thing is you need to make sure, and I think you might need to build some other laning pages and write the content focused on transactional and a little bit more engaging for transaction.
Josh Ramsey
And we’ll talk. about how to write that and what that looks like later, but I think, you know, when I read some of these licensed mold inspectors, you probably want to start to build out some more things.
Josh Ramsey
I don’t know what you’re doing on the SEO site, 100%. I know that we talk about a high level, like what things should be done on sites overall.
Josh Ramsey
But on this specific one, I would start identifying with the gen a mold remediation, mold testing. Is that the same?
Josh Ramsey
Well, here’s an inspector remediation service, like look at the groups and figure out are these groups the same? And is this landing page really convey an opportunity of sale?
Josh Ramsey
So if you want me to look at it and you have these pages built, send me a bullet pointed list of them, and I’ll quickly throw them until you have the consumer user experience.
Josh Ramsey
Is it good or bad? And what could change? And I’ll look through that. with you and record video and get it to you but this this is not set properly.
Tami
We did do some work with the final URLs but I don’t know that it was because I tasked it and then checked it was complete so I’m thinking we’re looking at something different than in May.
Tami
this is search keywords but I’ll add that to his list of things to update.
Josh Ramsey
So I look back and see if we change this but professional mold removal we have said it’s a phrase match and it is spinning the most amount of and it’s getting conversions but not enough conversions.
Tami
So we wanted to change it to exact.
Josh Ramsey
See, make a note, I’ll highlight this, make a note that we probably want to change this type to reduce that cost, but have Ash dive in, don’t, I do not want him to come back to me.
Josh Ramsey
Ash, if you’re watching this, please don’t come back to me and tell me that you can’t tell me what keywords are coming from this phrase match.
Josh Ramsey
There’s a way to figure it out. So, I want to know, with this phrase match, what are the search terms that are coming from it?
Josh Ramsey
Now, he may run into an issue where he can’t give me exact, okay, fine, I’ll somewhat live with that.
Josh Ramsey
But if I go find it first, then Ash, I’m not going to be happy. So, figure it out, and tell me, where we’re at with this, what are the keywords and why are we doing phrase match, not so what why are we doing phrase match, but what’s the phrase match tied to this word?
Josh Ramsey
Because this word means Jen and Tammy to make sure you understand that any of these words that are similar or in different order or maybe have an additional word in it is coming through the phrase.
Josh Ramsey
Yeah. So that’s how it creates it. And we have 45 clicks, so our average cost was 10, but we had a lot of impressions, but no conversion.
Josh Ramsey
So that’s when you have an expensive word that’s that high. It’s a bit concerning when you’re not converting as well, but you’re spending that much.
Josh Ramsey
So that could be tied to everything else that I just talked about on what is the word that we’re looking at.
Tami
Are you able to the view that you are just in the search terms, are you able to export that in
Tami
To some sort of Excel document for me.
Gen
Just download some straight before. Yeah.
Tami
Is that way I can name that final URLs. For Ash and have that list ready to go. OK.
Josh Ramsey
The other thing is I think that we should You There were two other things. One is, I think we should expand our hours for a little while and track it for 30-45 days.
Josh Ramsey
So look at it at number one and let something pops up and seems chaotic, but I think we should open this up to probably 5 a.m.
Josh Ramsey
and then start shutting things down at 10 p.m. I think at night we could be losing some opportunity in those times.
Josh Ramsey
I think at one point we were like, there were too many hours. whoa for a while, but you can see right.
Josh Ramsey
We’d have to go back and hone in but this is like 2016 so let’s go back to like 2022.
Josh Ramsey
I don’t know when we changed it but you know here’s one, two, four, you know, even here.
Gen
Yeah, let’s try it and then let’s see what kind of quality they are to because I know with home advisors we were having issues when it was running like that um to be shut off now because at night during the night you get the really weird stuff, you know, because somebody who’s up at late at night but 10 o’clock is fine.
Josh Ramsey
I don’t want to run at 24 though again. I just I kind of go back to some of my memories of living life and you know my wife and I when we
Josh Ramsey
First step married and had little to no money. Our date night was a split of sonic drink, which by the way, tomorrow again, you should be proud of me.
Josh Ramsey
Actually, you be proud of her. Tomorrow, celebrate 15 years that she’s tolerated me.
Gen
That’s impressive. That’s 15 years, including dating or 15 years of marriage.
Josh Ramsey
16 total, 15 of marriage.
Gen
Very good. Congratulations. Listen, it’s not an easy feat. I tell my kids all the day. It’s a choice every day.
Gen
You wake up and you work at it. It’s not easy. It’s not easy. Mark and I are going to be 28 years on the 1st of September.
Josh Ramsey
All right.
Gen
See, I’m sketching a little slowly. Yeah. And that’s marriage.
Josh Ramsey
You grow over 30 together.
Gen
Oh, wow.
Josh Ramsey
That’s awesome. See, but the reason I was just on the tangent is when, when we were broke as a joke and living in a crappy apartment, we found bed bugs and it was like 10 o’clock at night and there’s often times where her and I stay up at night to do whatever and then we go into the kitchen and then we’re messing around in closets before bed and it’s like something could happen and we’re like oh crap what is this mold oh man no I get here tonight yeah no I get it so I’d say let’s open it up and just see where we get from it this was the other thing that I saw our budget is not really set to go with other cross networks let me hold this in a little bit more
Josh Ramsey
Yeah, so I look back as you just saw and here’s kind of what we’re looking at. When you look at 22, 23, we have to dive into this.
Josh Ramsey
So, Tanya highlighted this and you can have Ash go back and look, we ran some display and it didn’t do it any good.
Josh Ramsey
But here our average cost per click was 90 cents in a cross network, meaning we were on other platforms advertising, and we had the most amount of compared to Google.
Josh Ramsey
In the same time frame 22 24. Our conversions were 88, but back at some point in time, have Ash go figure out.
Josh Ramsey
The cross network when we were running. What was the time frame that we were running cross network? We had 615.
Josh Ramsey
It would be interesting to find that time period. Jen, if you can go back and look at your notes and revenue in or whatever you want to call it, lead flow in, however you track it for the time frame that these conversions happen.
Josh Ramsey
And that may unlock something for us. It may not. may be a dead end where we had the emergence, but they were all spam or whatever it is.
Josh Ramsey
But this is the thing that we were spending, you know, cost for quick was 91 cents versus 13, 28, and it was converting better.
Gen
So I don’t know if I can figure out where they came from specifically, because, you know, when they call and make an appointment, Mark will ask like, how’d you hear about us?
Gen
And they’ll say, Google, even though it may have been dang. You know what I’m saying?
Josh Ramsey
Like, I don’t know. Yeah, but I don’t, you don’t need to look at that. You I’m looking for for the metric your that’s too micro.
Josh Ramsey
I want you to stay cognitive level of when when when Tammy comes back to you and says hey from May 22 2022 December 22 we ran cross network.
Josh Ramsey
What was your business like in that time period and if you go yeah it was higher okay let’s talk about that and maybe we make some switch some modifications or you go no it’s been about the same okay maybe we still go make modifications you go no we got nothing like it was actually terrible okay then we leave things the way it is you follow me yep so what we need to know because here we spent 6,000 here we spent 15,000 here again the from 20 to current but you can see the price difference so as you’ll be able to look at that closer I mean I can look here for just a cycle and see
Josh Ramsey
So, definitely in 2022, we were running it and we had 73 conversions. So you can start, Jen, by looking day to July in 2022, I’ll just throw into December and maybe you look at all of 2022 and see if 22 was a, was a solid year average, a terrible.
Josh Ramsey
Yeah, so it, it ran a lot of 22. So you might just look at, just right here, let’s just look at.
Josh Ramsey
Okay. right. right. right. right. right. right. right. right. right. So I’m willing to bet that we probably didn’t run this all of 2022, so let’s figure out seeing the actual time that we ran it.
Josh Ramsey
But I mean, look, I mean, it was pretty level here, but the spin is so much smaller, 87 versus 16.
Josh Ramsey
So we may want to go back to something like that and see if we run some cross network but I wouldn’t do search partners.
Josh Ramsey
So, Tammy, make sure that he has search partners off. Let’s go book real quick and make sure that it is off.
Josh Ramsey
Where did you go? So, make sure that our mobile engine, you check it also. Thank So check on your mobile and just make sure that it’s user friendly.
Gen
Hi, I mean, I have my mobile phone.
Josh Ramsey
Mean, look us up. Yeah, just look at how it looks on your mobile, like just kind of consistently because everything’s coming through mobile.
Josh Ramsey
So just double check that and make sure it’s on on that. That it all looks good knowing that ads work good.
Josh Ramsey
I don’t know why that went away, but it did. Food, it’s supposed to go well. think that’s freaking funny.
Josh Ramsey
Hey, Josh, just a reminder, your other call is in about 20 minutes and I don’t know. I have.
Tami
We might need to revisit that. a budget amount for map ads, so I think it goes going.
Josh Ramsey
The answer is start with 250, and let’s see what we get in the next 15 days. So as soon as it goes live, let it run for 15 days, and then tell me, 250.
Josh Ramsey
Wouldn’t spend it a lot right now.
Tami
Thank you.
Josh Ramsey
Let’s just see what we can get from it, and then go from there. All right. Got it. Was there, I think those are the changes, and a lot of that is gonna be more of like what happened, type review, and then we’ll, you know, what that next level is.
Josh Ramsey
So, anything else, maybe that we need to hear?
Tami
No, Jen, I’m gonna be sending you a social media. proposal here in the next, I don’t know, week and a half.
Tami
Is there anything like any topics specifically for August that you might want to do? obviously do the blog, we’ll do some of the pictures that you’ve sent to us, whatever random holidays in August.
Gen
Yes, I’m happy whatever day. No, I mean, I think if there’s anything related to storm, know, September is really when we start to pick up storm-wise on this side.
Gen
September, October history states is when we get and can get hurricanes. So I don’t know if we want to do something with that kind of language.
Gen
You know, just maybe hurricane preparedness, you know, have you caught, have you dumped things for water intrusion?
Josh Ramsey
I wouldn’t, I wouldn’t run ads on that.
Tami
No, this is social media.
Josh Ramsey
Social media, please.
Gen
Thing else, social media. Beard to post it hosting.
Josh Ramsey
Okay.
Tami
All right. Anything you know, that was it on my end. I got your blog. So we’ve got those, you know, we just posted one in the social media.
Gen
Yeah, week. Yeah, and social media post went out today. So I’ll just love that.
Tami
Yep. Our name out. Well, enjoy some time with your son.
Gen
Thank you. I hope so.
Tami
I don’t know how long he’s gonna stay with me.
Gen
Yes. I how long you home for? I’m you things. got out of the girlfriend’s husband. She goes back to school.
Gen
So maybe he’ll stay to me.
Tami
I don’t know. I will.
Gen
I will get to get him back in the States.
Tami
Yes.
Gen
He’s like, he’s like, I’m in the best shape ever. And it’s the food. It has to be the quality of the food.
Gen
You know, there’s no wall there and there’s no Chick-fil-A and, you know, he’s eating healthier. It’s the quality of the food.
Tami
Absolutely.
Josh Ramsey
No french fries. I I found what I went to here if I lost a lot of the way that was in a great shape also, but it was also how active I was.
Gen
Because you weren’t. is just from 80 am. He’s in class from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day. You know, he’s sitting.
Gen
He’s not active. You know, he joined a gym. He goes to the gym, I think, after school or maybe before I don’t know, but he goes to the gym.
Gen
And then I do think it’s also the quality. know, he’s, he’s, a wall wash sub milkshake kid right so he’s not getting that he’s having you know pork and noodles and you know it’s just different food he ducked you know so it’s just stuff he doesn’t normally eat here number one and it’s just the quality i think it’s just and the crap they put in it so it’s interesting so i had a reminder when you come back you know the first thing he wants he’s he’s like of where’s a wall wash sub like that’s his first thing he’s got a way he literally made a list oh how funny he wants when he gets back yeah that crap will make you feel different too i mean i think it’s gonna make him sick and when he gets back he’s that garbage yep yes you know i’ve noticed is like you know we try not to do like white flour and stuff but like last time i had pizza with my kids and this morning i got to feel hungover yep like i’ve just dropped up and like okay that is the pizza that is the white flour yeah yep totally worth it
Tami
I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Gen
It sure has a bit of my yellovers in New York right now. He just sent me a picture before he’s like breakfast and it was a slice of pizza.
Tami
Okay, that’s perfect. know Brian’s been in Sweden and Norway for the last two weeks and I have a texting with him.
Tami
I’m like, okay, so what do you want for your first dinner back? And he’s like, tacos.
Gen
And I’m like, okay, you got it. That’s so funny.
Tami
Yeah. He’s like, you wouldn’t starve over here, which makes me curious. I mean, it’s Europe. It’s supposed to be amazing food.
Tami
So I’ll have to get the details when he gets back.
Gen
Yeah, I’m not sure what the Swedes are known for aside from, what is that kid’s survey?
Tami
Meatballs, right? Swedes. he did say, ironically in Norway, he said he had really good Italian food. That’s interesting.
Gen
Okay. That’s interesting. Oh, no, he’ll be, yeah, they’ll be good to get on.
Tami
He wants me to make him some big zedies. That’s when he asks mom and I make some.
Gen
I will make him some homemade big zedie.
Tami
Mm-hmm chicken parm. Yes, so all right.
Gen
Well, that’s good.
Josh Ramsey
I was going to have a plan and I’ll keep adding pictures to that file.
Tami
Thank you, All right. Talk soon. All right.
Gen
Bye.
